We take great care with every shipment. If, exceptionally, your plant arrives damaged, simply contact us with a photo of the product. We will quickly process an exchange or a full refund.

We recommend measuring your planned space and choosing a plant that's slightly larger than expected. This creates a more natural visual effect and highlights the depth and volume of your interior.

Our creations are designed for indoor use. However, some Galan Ga references benefit from an anti-UV treatment allowing them to be installed outdoors.

Their exterior durability is estimated over several years , depending on exposure and climate conditions. Beyond that, slight variations in color may appear, a natural sign of the passing of time.
